\Meet Our Owner
Stefanny Guerrero is a 26-year-old Registered Nurse born and raised in Colombia. She moved to the US at the age of 15. Yet, she continues to feel a strong connection to her Colombian Culture. Some of her happiest memories growing up involve sharing empanadas and other Caribbean pastries with her loved ones. She eventually decided to learn how to make these delicious pastries from the strong women in her family. As an adult, she fell in love with making empanadas for her friends and family. Following their amazing reviews, she has now decided to immerse herself in the food industry business and share her love for empanadas with the Imperial Beach and San Diego communities.
